Officially named the Telecaster in Feb 1951 the worlds most successful solid body guitar turned 60 in 2011.The Telecaster changed the sound of music and has become a signature instrument for many of the worlds top artists.The 60th anniversary Telecaster packs over a half a century of classic sound and design into one collectible U.S made instrument There are so many features packed into this model it is a real winner and a must for a collector or player. The guitar is in near mint condition other than a small finish marks at the rear edge of the body very minor,there are no other scratches, nicks, buckle rash or fret wear.The original black SKB case is in Immaculate condition and all the candy is Included,with this is the strap, cable,cleaning cloth, wrenches,key,manual,cloth, registration and Hang Tags.This would make a wonderful gift for a special Birthday,Anniversary,or just spoil yourself. The features of this FSR Series are many and i will list them for you, thinner undercoat finish for improved body resonance with Nitro finished Premium Ash 2 tone body which allows that awesome grain to show through,Nitro finished finished lightly tinted modern "C" shaped maple neck with a Maple Fretboard and black markers and a 9.5 inch radius Finger board,coupled with 2 American single coil pickups, giving this guitar the awesome tone of a vintage Tele with a low fast action.The 22 medium jumbo frets allows for plenty of string bending. Standard cast⁄sealed tuning heads and the new brass bridge plate for sonic stability loaded with improved bent steel American saddles with elongated string slots for increased resonance and sustain, as is the 3 position blade with barrel switch tip,to top this all off it has a unique 60th Anniversary neck plate,3 ply black pickguard,rolled fretboard edges and sharper '52 style body radius.
