Racing boat, wooden hull, ready to sail. in POTTS POINT, New South Wales for sale

This 1965 wooden hull boat was built for the Sydney-Hobart and Gladstone races for the skipper Joe Manahan from Brisbane. Not sure what happend after that, but I bought it 2 years ago with a friend.
Together we refurbished the inside, so that we could live on it for 2 months. Then we sailed it for 2 years on weekends in the Sydney bay.
- There is an in-board diesel engine (Nanni) that works. Last time we got it maintained by a mecanic was last summer. I have kept all receipts. The alternator is new.
- 2 people bed in the front, 1 person in the back
- New marine battery
- Solar panel and regulator
- New bildge pump
