I am currently renting out my studio in Potts Point, an area very close to the main city area (CBD), close to many other major locations and attractions such as Opera House, etc. There are several parks around and bays. I will move out in a week or two and I am looking for somebody to move in for a long-term of at least 3,6 or 12 months. The studio is perfect for students or workers. It is renovated and there is laundry and drying machine and an oven in the kitchen. There is a large dining table with 2 chairs, a coffee table and a sofa-bed. I am looking for responsible person who is tidy and neat. All bills included. The studio is suitable for a couple as well.
